About Us
Colorado Kids in Business offers hands-on youth entrepreneurship classes focused on foundational business skills, including business planning, cost of goods and pricing, sourcing and supply chains, leadership and teamwork, marketing basics, and financial decision-making. Programs emphasize real-world learning, critical thinking, and practical life skills.

Colorado Kids in Business was founded by Robin Crooks, owner of 212 Pizza Co, who saw an opportunity to connect the Castle Rock business community with students eager to learn real-world skills.
As a small business owner, Robin recognized that the best way to teach entrepreneurship is through the experiences of those living it every day. She brings together fellow business owners—many already teaching classes in the community—to create hands-on learning opportunities for kids and teens.
What started as a grassroots effort has grown in response to strong demand from local families. Colorado Kids in Business offers classes taught by experienced entrepreneurs across topics like leadership, finance, marketing, and more. Our instructors bring real-world knowledge and a passion for inspiring the next generation of business leaders.
We believe that learning from those who’ve built businesses themselves gives students a unique perspective they can’t find in a traditional classroom. Our mission is to empower young minds with practical skills, confidence, and the entrepreneurial spirit needed to succeed.
REAL SKILLS. REAL ENTREPRENEURS. REAL IMPACT.
